The Lord's Gym Kids Mud Run is a FREE outdoor obstacle course for kids ages 4-17. With four different courses designed for different age groups, participants take on up to 25 exciting obstacles—jumping, climbing, crawling, and running through the mud!
Our goal is simple: to help kids have fun, build confidence, develop perseverance, and overcome fear. As they take on each challenge, they’ll learn to push past obstacles—both on the course and in life—while experiencing the joy of crossing the finish line!
Bring The Whole Family
The Kids Mud Run is a family event. There is a spectator trail where parents can watch their kids and cheer them on. We continue to have Parent and Child Heats where a parent or guardian can run together with their child!
Event overview
Besides the free Kids Mud Run, we have other attractions such as inflatables and a sledding hill available for a small admission price. Food and beverage concessions are also available for purchase. All proceeds go towards the Lord's Gym Charity Mission.
Extra Fun Attractions

"Avalynn's Hope Foundation" Special Needs Heat is dedicated to people with physical or developmental disabilities, and/or people who are medically fragile.
This heat is named after Avalynn’s Hope Foundation, an organization that provides ongoing support for families of medically fragile and disabled children who may not have experience navigating the medical system, as well as various resources. The Challenge Heat is for kids ages 13-17 who are competitive! Though it won't be formally timed, this heat is set aside for those that want to do the course as fast as they can and challenge themselves.

OR one hour before your child's heat start time on Race Day at the Kids Mud Run.
